Nonprofits to convene to create a shared community calendar

The Community Foundation of NCW is convening local nonprofit organizations on Tuesday, May 22nd at 3:00pm at the Performing Arts Center to work on creating a comprehensive Community Calendar of nonprofit events. Often times nonprofit fundraisers and community events are scheduled on the same days, which results in organizations competing for a similar audience. The Community Foundation is bringing these groups together to help them to select dates that will bring greater success to their attendance goals, and also provide more opportunities for people to attend of these fun, engaging events that are important to the community.
