Out and About in C-town – September 9 - special Chelan County Fair edition
By Steve Godfrey
Beer Garden at the Fair!: You can find more than just farm animals, Davis Shows Carnival rides, and cotton candy at the Fair – you can also wash down all that fair food with a tall cold one at the Tillicum Riders Beer Garden located by the Rodeo Arena. And for all those cowboys and cowgirls who just might want something with a little more kick, they will also offer Pendleton Whiskey. The Beer Garden opens Friday night at 6:00 and Saturday and Sunday at noon. Beat the unseasonably hot weather with a nice cold beer! You can also enjoy watching the Rodeo from the Beer Garden, as well as the Tillicum Riders Drill Team when they perform in the arena Saturday and Sunday.
Go ahead -- eat that fair food and support a charity
