182 days are all that remain for local Jacob Acheson to train for his cycling trip across the country. The trip itself will take 8 weeks to cycle from Seattle to New York and he and his team will raise over $30,000 along the way to go towards fighting human trafficking and slavery. But in order to make the trip possible he and his family have to raise $12000 to cover all the expenses. Bike gear, equipment, lost wages and food money are just a few things on his list of items still needing to raise funds for.
Christ Center's Kid's Musical "Arrest These Merry Gentleman" is for everyone.

Most of us here in Chelan County are well aware that we have a serious problem with noxious weeds. It's never too late to grab a shovel and make an effort to rid your own property of the unwelcome and persistent intruders.
Four of the actors in Leavenworth Summer Theater's production of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers have direct ties with the drama program at Cashmere High School.
