Come to Martin's Market Place Saturday afternoon and have some fun at their annual Customer Appreciation Day. Santa will be there from noon to 3 p.m.
Haven’t had your chance to let Santa Claus know what you want for Christmas?
You’re in luck!
Santa makes his annual trip to Martin’s Market Place, 130 Titchenal Way, on Saturday for the store’s Customer Appreciation Day. Bring the kids down (or the parents!) to have a free photo with Santa from noon to 3 p.m.
The Santa photos are a long-standing tradition at Martin’s and its Customer Appreciation Day. The day will be packed with activity, including fun giveaways. Every half hour, Martin’s will be giving away a free bag of groceries to a customer.
Also beginning at noon, various food demos will be set up throughout the store. The food demos will include foods customers can serve in their homes over the holiday season, said Kris Reinhart, the store’s human resources manager.
Some of the goodies will include hot, spiced apple cider, carmel corn, 7-Up eggnog and a crab artichoke dip. Come for the food demos and pick up a recipe to use during your own holiday party, Reinhart said. A wine demo also is planned for 2 to 4 p.m.
“We are doing this to thank our customers for their loyal support to Martin’s Market Place,” Reinhart said. “It’s a favorite day for all of us here at the store.”
