Courtney Schill Snapdragon Coffee
Courtney Schill loves her job, mostly she loves to call the shots, a longtime dream of owning an espresso shop come true. Prior to opening Snapdragon Coffee, she spent time as a barista, mortgage and escrow, and a home school mother of her 2 sons. The art of making great coffee has always been a passion, when she first met husband Carl at Mission Ridge, love struck over vanilla Breves, now a Journeyman Lineman for the Chelan County PUD he certainly still loves her coffee.
Snapdragon Coffee has taken coffee back to the basics, a cup of gourmet drip coffee, or a smooth Breve, uses organic Blue Star Coffee Roasters out of Twisp Washington. The menu includes fresh juice with local carrots, apples, pears and more. Courtney’s belief in collaborating with other local business, bringing in pastries, scones, cookies and brownies from the Entiat Bakery, grab and go lunch items from The Best Bite and fresh cider from the Cashmere Cider Mill.
The location at 207 Mission Ave, Cashmere is open Monday-Friday starting at 6:30 AM until 3 PM, and offers wi-fi, small meeting space for book club or knitting group, kids play area, all rolled up in a relaxing atmosphere.
The coffee shop will hold their first Open Mic Night on August 21st to show off talent from singers, poet, musician or comedians.
Courtney loves doing business in Cashmere, the small community brings back fond child hood memories she hopes to provide for her own family, and growing anticipation for the communities future with many new business opportunities brewing in Cashmere.
